The platform allows owners to offer domains (buy now, make offer, auction, lease-to-own), to run sales pages and to settle sales through an escrow procedure. The operator does not become a party to the purchase contract between buyer and seller unless it sells itself or in its own name on behalf of an owner (consignment). If the seller chooses a service model in which the operator handles communication, the operator acts as an intermediary on the seller’s behalf.

3. Account and identity

Buying, selling and bidding require an account with truthful information. The operator may require identity verification at any time, in particular before payouts or for larger amounts, and may hold transactions until it is completed. Login credentials must be kept confidential.

4. Sellers’ obligations

Sellers warrant that they own the domain and are entitled to dispose of it, that to their knowledge it does not conflict with third-party rights (in particular trademark and name rights), and that upon a sale they will transfer it on time and free of encumbrances. Information about the domain (e.g. age, traffic, revenue) must be accurate. Sellers indemnify the operator against third-party claims based on a breach of these obligations.

5. Offers, acceptance, conclusion of contract

Listing a domain at a fixed price is a binding offer by the seller; the purchase contract is concluded when the buyer clicks “Buy” and confirms. Offers and counteroffers are binding until they expire (7 days). If the seller has set a floor price, an offer at or above it is deemed accepted immediately on the seller’s behalf; below it, the system may make a counteroffer on the seller’s behalf. Every purchase is settled through escrow.

6. Prices, fees, taxes

The prices, fees and commissions displayed at the time of the transaction apply. Who bears a fee is shown before the contract is concluded. VAT is charged where due under the law of the operator’s seat and of the recipient; the operator issues invoices or credit notes accordingly. Users are responsible for their own tax obligations.

7. Service models and subscription

Sellers choose whether they communicate with prospects themselves or the operator does so (commission or monthly subscription). The subscription renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, the “self-service” model applies again after a grace period of 7 days.

7a. Membership, credit and chatbot

Notwithstanding sections 5 and 7: sellers pay a membership fee of 5 € per month or 50 € per year in advance to list domains. When paid by card, the membership renews automatically; it can be cancelled with effect from the end of the paid period. After expiry a grace period of 7 days applies, with a reminder. After that the domains are no longer shown until payment is received; no data is deleted.

AI texts and the negotiation chatbot are paid from prepaid credit. Billing is based on the tokens reported by the AI interface at the price per 1,000 tokens shown in the account. Every booking appears with tokens, amount and domain in the account log. Unused credit is refunded on request when the user relationship ends.

Sellers choose per domain: (1) they negotiate and handle payment and transfer themselves; (2) the chatbot negotiates on their behalf until agreement, and they handle payment and transfer themselves; (3) the chatbot negotiates and the sale is settled through escrow with a commission of 12 %, from a price of 10 000 € and after rating and approval by the operator. The chatbot may make binding commitments on the seller’s behalf, but never below the floor price set; the buyer additionally confirms an agreement by email. In cases (1) and (2) the operator does not become a party to the settlement; after an agreement both sides receive each other’s contact details. A one-off fee of 10 € is charged to the credit for reviewing a proposal. It applies only when the proposal goes to review by the operator; proposals rejected by the automatic rating are free of charge. The fee covers the review and is not refunded if the proposal is declined.

8. Sales pages and content

The operator may create sales pages for listed domains, generate texts (including with AI), logos and designs, and adapt or remove imported content where this serves the sale or is legally required. Users grant the operator the necessary rights to content they supply and warrant that they are entitled to do so.

9. Prohibited use

Prohibited in particular: fake bids and offers, circumventing the platform to avoid fees on deals initiated through it, domains with unlawful content or obvious infringement of third-party rights, money laundering, and use by persons subject to sanctions binding on the operator. The operator may block content, suspend transactions and close accounts; ongoing escrow transactions are properly completed or refunded.

10. Liability

The operator is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage and otherwise excluded. The operator is not liable for the accuracy of users’ information, the value of a domain, or acts of registrars and registries.

11. Term and termination

The user relationship runs for an indefinite period and may be terminated at any time; open transactions are completed. The operator may terminate without notice for good cause, in particular for breaches of section 9.

12. Changes

The operator may amend these terms with effect for the future. Each version carries a version number; for every transaction the accepted version is recorded. Ongoing transactions remain subject to the version in force when the contract was concluded.

13. Governing law, venue, language

Seychelles applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence. The place of jurisdiction for merchants and legal entities is Seychelles. The German version is authoritative; translations are for information.

14. Severability

Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
