2. Data we process

  • Account: name, email, password (hash only), language, address, company and VAT ID if applicable
  • Identity verification: ID documents (stored encrypted)
  • Payments and payouts: bank details (encrypted), payment references
  • Transactions: offers, bids, lease plans, escrow transactions, messages, invoices, acceptance of terms with version and time
  • Sales pages: visit statistics as daily counters without cookies and without storing IP addresses; the country is determined locally on the server

3. Purposes and legal bases

Performance of contract (account, purchase, escrow, invoices), legal obligations (retention, anti-money-laundering), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, anonymous statistics) and consent (e.g. advertising on sales pages).

4. Recipients

The counterparty of a transaction receives only the data needed to complete it (for consignment the owner stays anonymous). Service providers: hosting, email delivery, where applicable payment provider (Stripe) and AI service (Anthropic) for texts without personal data. Transfers to other countries only with appropriate safeguards.

5. Advertising on sales pages

Some sales pages may use Google AdSense. Visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent via Google’s consent tool; without consent no personalised ads are shown.

6. Retention

As long as needed for the purpose; invoices and bookings for the statutory retention periods. Individual statistic hits are deleted after a short time; daily totals remain anonymous.

7. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent; complaint to a supervisory authority. Requests to hello@dns.legal.

8. Security

Encrypted transmission (SSL), encrypted storage of sensitive data, two-factor login for administrators, self-hosted fonts, email addresses on pages protected against harvesters.

9. Negotiation chat

Messages in the negotiation chat on a sales page are stored to conduct the negotiation and sent to the AI service (Anthropic) to generate the replies. The domain owner can view the conversation. After a confirmed agreement the other side receives name and email address to complete the sale. The legal basis is the initiation and performance of the contract. Please do not enter sensitive data in the chat.
